Bisping to be punished for UFC 127 antics

According to a report by MMA Fighting's Mike Chiapetta, Michael Bisping will be punished for his alleged spitting incident this past Saturday at UFC 127 in Australia.

Ultimate Fighting Championship president Dana White stated that Bisping will receive a yet-to-be-determined reprimand for his allegedly spitting at opponent Jorge Rivera's boxing coach, Matt Phinney, after his second round TKO victory.

The incident was caught on film, although with Phinney situated off camera. Bisping has denied accusations, saying he was "spitting on the ground to let him know what I thought of him."
